One minute הלכה Halacha שיעור Shiur number 13 continuing in the הלכות Halachos of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. So we said yesterday let's say someone goes to the bathroom at 9 in the morning and they forget to make the ברכה Beracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar and all of a sudden let's say around 12 p.m., a couple hours later, they remember they didn't say אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. Can they still make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar? The answer is yes, as we said yesterday. However, once he has to go to the bathroom again, he can't make the ברכה Beracha. So now let's say it's 12 p.m. and he has to go to the bathroom again and he goes to the bathroom, then he remembers that he didn't make the ברכה Beracha from 9 a.m. going to the bathroom. What does he do? Does he make two אשר יצר Asher Yatzars, one for 9 a.m. and one for 12 p.m.? The answer is no. That's the פסק Psak of the משנה ברורה Mishnah Berurah that he makes one ברכה Beracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar and he just has the 9 a.m. in mind and because since it's a ברכת הודאה Birkas Hodaya, we're not going to sit here and because ספק ברכות להקל Safek Berachos Lehakel, and we're not going to make another ברכה Beracha if there might not be need. Now another very important הלכה Halacha is if somebody constantly has to go to the bathroom, as if someone's having stomach issues. A person, like we said, you can't make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar when you have to go to the bathroom. So if a person's constantly going to the bathroom, you can't make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar, so if there's a moment that you don't have to go to the bathroom, that's when you make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar, but if you have to go to the bathroom, you can't do it. יישר כוח Shkoyach.
