One minute הלכה Halacha שיעור Shiur number 12, continuing in the דינים Dinim of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. So how much does a person need to make in order to be חייב Chayav in the ברכה Bracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar? The שולחן ערוך Shulchan Aruch says פשוט Pashut, even one little droplet of urine, there is no minimum amount of going to the bathroom that a person is not חייב Chayav to thank השם Hashem for with אשר יצר Asher Yatzar because if you even couldn't get rid of that one little droplet of urine, then you'd be in serious danger, so you're חייב Chayav to thank השם Hashem for that. So there's no minimum שיעור Shiur, you're always חייב Chayav in the ברכה Bracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. Now how long does a person have to say the ברכה Bracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar after going to the bathroom? Let's say the scenario is a person goes to the bathroom at nine in the morning and he remembers at twelve PM that he never said the ברכה Bracha of אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. Is he still allowed to say the ברכה Bracha? The answer is yes, there's no time limit to how long you have to say אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. However, there is one limitation. The limitation is as you have until you have to go to the bathroom again. So if you went to the bathroom at nine AM and you did not have to go to the bathroom at all and it's twelve PM, you still don't have to go to the bathroom, you just remembered you didn't make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar, make אשר יצר Asher Yatzar. However, if you have to go to the bathroom again at twelve, then you've lost out on the ברכה Bracha, and you go to the bathroom immediately. שקויעח Shkoach.
