One minute הלכה Halakha number 11, the הלכות Halakhot of משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem part number two. So continuing from yesterday we said all those דינים dinim that apply that if you skipped משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem, those דוקא davka apply to someone that דאוונס davens נוסח אשכנז Nusach Ashkenaz. However if you דאוון daven נוסח ספרד Nusach Sefard or נוסח ארי Nusach Ari, so therefore during the summer months you say the words מוריד הטל Morid Hatal. So right now the chances are that you skipped משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem but you didn't say nothing like as if you דאוון daven נוסח אשכנז Nusach Ashkenaz, rather you said מוריד הטל Morid Hatal, you've actually fulfilled your obligation and you don't need to go back. So that's a very interesting הלכה Halakha. Another very interesting הלכה Halakha as we said yesterday that if you're within 30 days of שמיני עצרת Shmini Atzeret when the ציבור Tzibur started saying משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem and you're not sure if you said משיב הרוח Mashiv Haruach, you should assume that you did not say it because it's not a custom, you're not accustomed to it right now. However if you would just basically just sit down and a hundred straight times in a row you just say even in one sitting משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem, משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem, משיב הרוח ומוריד הגשם Mashiv Haruach Umorid Hageshem, then you can assume that your tongue is now used to saying those words and you can assume that if you have a ספק safek whether you said משיב הרוח Mashiv Haruach or not you could assume you did say it because your tongue has become accustomed to it.
