One minute הלכה halachah שיעור shiur number 21, the הלכות halachot of ברכות השחר Birkot Hashachar continued. So it's very important to say ברכות השחר Birkot Hashachar in the proper time, immediately after we wake up, again before you דאווען daven, for a multitude of reasons, but one reason why we need to start off the day immediately with saying all these different variations of ברכות brachot and literally basically every single thing that we're going to have any sort of שייכות shayachut to during the day is because the גמרא Gemara brings down that anybody who benefits from anything in this world without a ברכה brachah, it's as if he was מועל mo'el, as if he stole from השם Hashem. Literally, you benefited from השם's Hashem's הקדש hekdesh, what was separated aside for God. The גמרא Gemara brings a סתירה stirah between פסוקים pesukim. There's one פסוק pasuk that says, לה׳ הארץ ומלואה LaHashem ha'aretz umelo'ah, השם Hashem, everything in the land is yours. And then there's another פסוק pasuk that says, והארץ נתן לבני אדם veha'aretz natan livnei adam, הקדוש ברוך הוא HaKadosh Baruch Hu, you gave the land to us. So whose is it? Is it השם's Hashem's or is it ours? The גמרא Gemara answers and resolves the סתירה stirah that before we make a ברכה brachah, everything is השם's Hashem's, and after we make a ברכה brachah, it becomes ours. So the reason why we need to be very careful with ברכות השחר Birkot Hashachar, especially before we דאווען daven, before we start the day, and we're making ברכות brachot on our shoes, we're making ברכות brachot on our strength, every single little thing, is because that's now we're already set to benefit from
